We are a Montreal based – Business Consultancy Firm.
ONN Consulting was founded in 2018 with the purpose of providing expert HR services to all industries and business sizes.
It was clear to us that businesses of all sizes can face significant HR challenges. Although large companies tend to have large HR departments, they sometimes lack expertise on specific HR topics.
On the other spectrum startups, small and medium sized businesses need the full spectrum of HR expertise but they don’t need it all of the time. For the most part, they have one HR Support to wear several hats which can be overwhelming.
We understand the reality with access to the HR expertise they need and when they need it.
